Rockville Pre-Sale FAQ

We are offering the Rockville at a reduced pre-sale price from July 7th - July 31st. On August 1st we will raise the price to the permanent retail price. This pre-sale special acts as a pre-order and allows customers to purchase at a reduced price while we finish assembling all the Rockvilles.

McDowell Time currently has all the material inventory in hand, such as movements, cases, bracelets, everything you need to build a watch. We only need to let Maryland Watch Works complete the final assembly of the watches. There are no funding goals or false promises; we will be shipping all watches once they are complete, plain and simple.

You will be charged at the time of checkout, just like any other online purchase.

We plan to begin shipping the first orders by July 15th and plan to have all orders filled and shipped by August 1st. As soon as a watch is built, we will ship it and fill the order.

We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority. Most orders arrive within 3 days from when they are shipped.

We offer our standard Return Policy on all Rockvilles.
